The hotel is located in the centre of Antwerp, close to the Central Station, a few steps away from the "Keyserlei" and a short walk to the Diamond Centre. It is also 1 minute’s walk from the nearest metro station (Keyserlei).

The Keyserlei Hotel is housed in a modern terraced building, topped off by a glass and metal tower. The lobby is small but welcoming. The guestrooms’ have yellow and gold décor, all are basic, clean and well maintained, as are the functional en suite bathrooms. A few of the bathrooms have showers only. There’s no restaurant, but the hotel offers a Continental-style buffet every morning in its breakfast room, which again features warm toned décor and slightly dated furniture. Guests can make use of the popular L.A. Gym located directly opposite the hotel.
