The Century Hotel is housed in a modern, 10-storey building, with a brown brick façade, which is somewhat plain, but blends in with the surrounding commercial properties. There are shops on the ground floor. The interior conveys an impression of refurbished simplicity. The compact lobby features a functional reception desk and a limited sitting area. The 135 medium sized guestrooms are decorated in an understated style, with cream walls that contrast pleasantly with the patterned curtains and bedspreads. Although fairly basic they are in a good condition, as are the en suite bathrooms, some of which have baths, while others have showers only. Serving traditional Belgian cuisine, the spacious restaurant is warmly appointed, with pastel yellow décor and a red carpet. The hotel bar offers a selection of Belgian beers and light snacks.
